Beautiful fabrics make beautiful draperies". Custom made draperies from Vintage Interiors will add warmth and elegance to any window. Draperies can be made lined or unlined. We offer several types of linings as well: a simple poly/cotton to add body, a thermal suede lining for insulation against the Florida heat or a blackout for that total room-darkening effect.
A multiple choice is available for the tops of your draperies also. In addition to the standard pinch pleat you might choose a tab top or a cartridge pleat or even the simple rod pocket with a ruffle on top. Whatever the choice our workrooms will use only the finest quality in materials and supplies for a long lasting drapery top that is sure to set off your windows.
Lined draperies and heavier fabrics are done 2½ to 1 fullness, while sheers and laces are done 3 to 1fullness. Lined draperies that "puddle" or "break" the floor are pillow-cased at the bottom instead of having the normal double 4" bottom hem.
For those huge sliding glass doors, sheer draperies up to 108" long can be done completely seamless. Sheer draperies are available with an euro-hem or a double 4" to 6" hem.
